how to style a wrap top

In this post, i”ll show to how to style a wrap top. I always wanted one of these but it seemed to be always above my budget whenever I tried to get one. However, the good people @shop.harkel gifted me this! I love the wrap top because it is so versatile and can be worn in so many different ways like bruh! I’ve prolly styled my wrap top in like 6 different ways so far, and counting!

Style Tip: If you can’t wear a piece of clothing in more than three ways, you probably shouldn’t buy it.

Here, I styled a wrap top in two ways.

The Classic Vintage Woman

I styled a wrap top with a stripped full midi skirt & a pair of nude heeled pointees. I have fallen in love with berets!(see here) And to me, it tied this whole look together. This quirky bag added some more character to the look and the red lip makes it all that jazzier! Are you here for this look?

The Chic Baby Girl for Life

Every baby girl needs these accessories! I styled the wrap top here with a mini ripped denim skirt. The accessories (baseball cap, choker and shades) really make this look stand out. Added my favorite leopard print pointees to complete the look.

(Also styled this choker here)

Alternatively, you can switched this look up by switching the heels to sneakers. That always does the trick, more comfort and still chic!

(Also styled these sneakers here)

More styling Tips

-Mixing Prints is a good way to look more fashionable. Notice how I mixed prints in both looks. The gingham print of the wrap top with the vertical stripped midi skirt in the first look and with the leopard print shoes in the second. Don’t be afraid to play with prints!

-You can wear your wrap top with almost anything; denim pants, palazzo pants, straight or flared midi skirts, shorts, anything really. It can also be layered; worn on top of a dress or underneath one. Its a versatile piece to have so let your imagination loose! This top would definitely be making another appearance on the blog!
